Tooth Extraction
Simple and surgical extraction, including complicated and impacted teeth.
Extraction is a last resort, used when a tooth cannot be restored or when it is compromising the teeth around it.
Simple extractions are straightforward under local anaesthesia. Surgical extractions — fractured roots, teeth broken at gum level, retained roots — require raising a flap and are planned from radiographs.
Aftercare instructions matter more than the procedure itself; you will be given them in writing before you leave.
