Prosthetic dentistry replaces missing teeth and rebuilds worn or broken ones. That covers fixed bridges, removable partial and full dentures, precision-attachment and telescopic prostheses, and prostheses carried on implants.
Which of these is right depends on how many teeth are missing, the condition of the remaining teeth and the amount of bone available. The plan is set after clinical examination and radiographs.
