Teeth Whitening
In-clinic whitening, home trays, or the two combined.
Whitening lifts the shade of natural teeth using a peroxide gel, either applied in the clinic under controlled conditions or in custom trays you wear at home.
It works on natural enamel. Crowns, veneers and composite fillings do not change shade, so if you have restorations at the front they may need replacing afterwards to match — this is worth planning before you start.
Sensitivity for a day or two afterwards is common and settles on its own.
