Practical information for patients travelling to İstanbul for treatment — what we need from you before you fly, and what we can and cannot finish in a single visit.

Send what you have
A recent panoramic radiograph and a few photographs of your teeth. If you do not have an X-ray, send the photographs anyway and we will tell you what to get.

We send a written plan
What we would do, in what order, how many days you need to be in İstanbul and what will need doing when you get home. In writing, from a named dentist.

You decide, then you travel
We do not chase. If the plan makes sense to you, tell us your dates and we will build the appointment schedule around your flights.

Treatment, then aftercare
You leave with your records, your radiographs and written aftercare. If something needs attention later, your own dentist has everything they need.
Coming from abroad
Orthodontic treatment cannot be completed in one trip. It takes months and needs periodic review.
Implants need three to six months between placement and the final restoration. That is two trips, not one.
Bone grafting adds healing time. If your CT shows insufficient bone, we will say so before you buy a ticket.
If your gums are inflamed, that gets treated before any crown or veneer is fitted. Skipping it produces work that fails.
Turkish regulations on how healthcare providers may present themselves restrict the publication of before-and-after imagery. We follow that rule rather than working around it. Documented cases comparable to yours are reviewed with you during consultation, and we can walk through them over WhatsApp before you travel.
