What is All on Four / All on Six?

This system is a specially designed implant placement protocol that can be applied even when bone volume is insufficient in the posterior regions, without the need for advanced surgical procedures (such as bone grafting):

• All on Four: The placement of a full-arch fixed prosthesis on a total of 4 implants, two placed vertically in the anterior region and two placed at an angle in the posterior region of the jaw.
• All on Six: The use of 6 implants based on the same principle for patients requiring more bone support and stability.

Treatment Process in Our Clinic

1. Comprehensive Diagnosis and Planning: The jawbone structure is examined in detail with 3D Tomography (CBCT). The optimal implant positions and the design of the prosthesis are determined in a digital environment.
2. Surgical Stage: 4 or 6 implants are meticulously placed under local anesthesia (or with sedation).
3. Temporary Fixed Prosthesis: On the same day, the pre-prepared temporary fixed prostheses are screwed onto the implants.
4. Transition to Permanent Prosthesis: After the implants have fully fused with the bone (approximately 3-6 months), your much more durable and long-lasting permanent prostheses are prepared and fitted.
